ARLINGTON – With warmer temperatures haven already descended on North Texas, it’s a fitting time for UT Arlington Athletics to partner with Frios Gourmet Pops to provide Maverick fans refreshing signature popsicles at home events.

Founded in 2018, Frios Gourmet Pops combine high quality and unique ingredients to create delicious and sweet frozen ice cream popsicles comprised of natural sugars and simple syrup. The pops are available in more than 20 flavors which change seasonally, including distinctive tastes such as blueberry cheesecake, root beer float and key lime pie. “Frios Gourmet Pops of North Arlington is excited to partner with UTA Athletics and the student community,” said Franchise Owner Joy McDonald. “We are ready to bring a smile to everyone’s face with this out-of-this-world dessert experience.”

The gourmet pops will be available at most remaining home UTA baseball and softball games throughout April and May, with plans for future games and sports to also be featured.
