Thanks for your interest in investing in a Frios mobile franchise. Here you will learn about the journey you will take with us from candidate to official Frios Gourmet Pops franchisee (or in our words an official Happiness Hustler™).
Below is the simple step-by-step guide:
Kick-off the process by filling out the contact form here. Once you’ve submitted the form, you will hear from someone on our team at “Happiness Hustler™ HQ” about setting up a time to chat!
First impressions are important. We will set up a call with you so we can get to know each other better. Our Frios team will help answer any of your initial questions about becoming a Frios franchisee while also learning more about you and your background. If we both decide it’s a good fit, we will move forward (it’s kinda like dating)!
We need to make sure that the “feeling is mutual” — that we’re a good match for each other. At this stage in the franchise process, we will invite you to fill out our simple assessment form. This will help us to confirm that your values align with Frios, that you’ll be a good fit for the brand, and have the disposition it takes to be a Happiness Hustler™.
When considering any franchise or business investment, we understand how important it is to review and understand the stability of the company, the required initial investment and the potential return on that investment. At this stage, we will send you a digital copy of our current FDD so you can begin your review. It’s a big document with a lot of good info.
In addition to being aligned with our core values, you must be able to confidently meet the established Frios pops investment and financial requirements to become a franchisee. Fiscal stability is an essential part of owning a business. During this stage in the franchise process, you will provide details about your financial situation to help us financially qualify you as a potential Frios franchisee.
During this stage, we will work together to lock in the perfect territory for your Frios franchise. We will look at population, demographics and psychographics to lock it all in. This will be the territory that we use for your franchise agreement.
Once we know you are a great fit and you know you want to move forward, we like to give you the opportunity to speak with our existing franchisees. This is a chance to talk to folks already in our system about how it’s going, what they love about it, and if they feel comfortable with their finances.
Once you’ve been qualified and approved by the Frios leadership team, you will be provided with your franchise agreement. Once you sign, you will wire the franchise fee over to us and we will countersign. By signing the franchise agreement, you’ll officially be a Frios Gourmet Pops Franchisee (aka Happiness Hustler) and ready to sell happiness on a stick (Congrats)!
We find this process can be as quick as 30 days or as long as 60 days depending on your timing.
