A Sweet Start
After the qualification process and onboarding has been completed, Frios franchise owners receive rigorous training and continuous support for the life of the franchise. The communication and guidance does not end once you have the keys to your very own Sweet Ride.
Frios offers a colorful training program at its headquarters in Mobile, Alabama, for all new franchise owners. During this training, franchisees will learn everything they need to know about running a Frios franchise, from ordering and serving the popsicles to managing finances and marketing. This training is hands-on, so franchisees will get the opportunity to work with the equipment and ingredients they will be using in their own trucks.
Ongoing Support
Starting a business is hard work, and there are bound to be challenges along the way. That’s why Frios provides ongoing support to our franchise owners. This includes regular check-ins from the franchise support team, as well as access to an online resource center with operational support materials.
The franchise support team is always available to answer questions and provide guidance, whether it’s about marketing, finances, or operations. And because Frios has a strong community of franchisees, there is also the opportunity to connect with other owners and learn from their experiences.

- Accessible resources: Frios brand and franchise training materials are always available to you via our online portal system. Within this portal, you will be able to access all existing training documents and videos, operations manuals, past company-wide support and update calls, FAQs, and other resources to keep you up to date with everything related to the Frios brand and franchise operations.
- Continuous communication: Monthly company-wide roundtable discussions with the Frios leadership team provide opportunities for franchisees to hear the latest updates in regards to the Frios franchise, as well as to ask questions and hear from their support leaders. The Frios leadership team also likes to hit the streets and visit our franchisees routinely to ensure nothing has fallen through the cracks.
- Marketing resources: Frios provides its franchisees with a library of marketing materials, including social media graphics, templates, and in-store signage. This makes it easy for franchisees to create professional-looking marketing materials without having to hire an outside agency.
