When you franchise with Frios Gourmet Pops, you receive comprehensive ongoing support from our experienced leadership team to ensure you have all the tools you’ll need to run a successful business. We provide guidance and training for all new Happiness Hustlers, and collaborate with franchisees across all aspects of the model, including:

    • Truck sourcing 
    • Marketing
    • Technology and online portal system
    • Monthly company-wide roundtable discussions

After the qualification process and onboarding has been completed, Frios franchisees receive continuous training and support. The communication and guidance does not end once you have the keys to your very own Sweet Ride.

  • Accessible resources: Frios brand and franchise training materials are always available to you via our online portal system. Within this portal, you will be able to access all existing training documents and videos, operations manuals, past company-wide support and update calls, FAQs, and other resources to keep you up to date with everything related to the Frios brand and franchise operations.
  • Continuous communication: Monthly company-wide roundtable discussions with the frios leadership team provide opportunities for franchisees to hear the latest updates in regards to the Frios franchise as well as to ask questions and hear from their support leaders. The Frios leadership team also likes to hit the streets and visit our franchisees routinely to ensure nothing has fallen through the cracks.
  • Marketing support: Frios leadership team will provide new marketing materials on a regular basis including digital content for social media as well as pieces for print. This way, you don’t have to be a marketing expert. We can do all of the creating and planning for you.
